    Do I have to register to send quotation?
    Not necessary. But if you register, you are not required to fill up your particulars each time you send quotations.
    How do I register? Do I have to pay any registration fees?
    Simply click on "Member Sign-up". Signing up is TOTALLY FREE!!
     
    What is a Quotation List?
    A quotation list is a list of products that you have added from the product catalogue to request a quotation for. You can delete and view the information of products you have added to the quotation.
     
    What is a Purchase Order
    A purchase order is a list of products that you have added from the product catalogue to confirm for order. You can delete and view the information of products you added to the purchase order.
     
    How do I add products to my quotation list before I send the quotation requests?
    1. Click on any product category to view products
    2. Click on “Details” button beside the photo of the product you wish to add to the    
        quotation form.
    3. Type in the number of quantity you wish to request for.
    4. Click on “add to quotation”.
    5. You will see “Quotation List” which displays the list of products you have added to
         request for quotation.
    6. To add more products to the “Quotation List”, repeat step1 – 5.
    7. To confirm a request for quotation, click on “Send Request”.
     
    Why do I have to type in my personal details before I send the request?
    We need your details to reply to the quotes you requested. Please type in your correct information, if not, we will be unable to provide you the quotes. 
    What If I forget my password to login?
    Simply click on the “forget password” at the login section.
     
    Will my quotation list be saved even if I close the window or restart my computer?
    If you had signed in, the quotation items will not be deleted.
     
    How do I search for a particular item?
    On every page of this website, you will see a “Search” section, simply type in the keyword of the item you’re looking for. You can also narrow down the search by selecting the product category.
     
    I can’t find the product I had in mind, does it mean that your company does not have the product?
    As we have a wide range of products, there are some products we did not include on the website please contact us & provide the detailed information of the items you’re looking for and we will source it out for you or get it made by our manufacturers.
     
    How do I pay for the goods I ordered?
    We will contact you with regards to payment.
     
    What if I don’t receive the goods I ordered?
    Goods are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from the factory. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. We guarantee that your items will leave the factory on or before the ship date specified on our Order Acknowledgment. However, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international departments or by 'acts of God'.
     
    How do I include special requests such as logo or printing information when I requests for quotation?
    Simply add your comments before your send the quotation. If possible provide us as much information so that we can serve you better.
     
    What should I do incase I have further enquiries?
